The KP Equestrian website, utilizes PayPal's shopping cart system for processing online orders placed via credit card. PayPal is solely responsible for the security of your information through their system. We do not store or retain any financial details (credit or debit card numbers) of your transaction. Privacy Policy
The KP Equestrian website, does not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. Your personal information will not be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process. We do not store or retain any financial details (credit or debit card numbers). All financial transactions are carried out by an external company - PayPal. Please contact PayPal, or visit their web site at http://www.paypal.com for information about their privacy policies.

 

Terms of Sale - Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
The KP Equestrian website will provide refunds or exact replacement products for all valid returns. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and return it to us within 30 days. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item if you wish or refund you the original price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange unless your item is faulty. Where possible, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. KP Equestrian cannot be responsible for any posted items until they arrive at our returns address.

Order Fulfillment and Back Ordered Items
In most cases, orders are shipped out within 48 hours after payment has cleared. In most cases, items are shipped through the Postal Service.  You will be notified via email once your shipment is on its way.

While we are at a Horse shows such as Olympia, Hickstead or HOYS- orders will be taken but not diaptached until we return from the show. Usually 5 days before the orders can be sent out.

The KP Equestrian website, makes every effort to fill orders completely in the initial shipment. Occassionally, items will not be immediately available and must be back ordered. Back ordered items will be filled within 30 days of your order at no additional shipping charge. If The KP Equestrian website, is unable to fill a back order within 30 days, we will refund you in full for the back ordered item(s).
