Deliveries

We are currently experiencing a 2-3 working day delivery from when the funds are cleared, In most cases, orders are shipped out within 72 hours (not including weekends) after payment has cleared. In most cases, items are shipped through the Postal Service, recorded delivery.  You will be notified via email once your shipment is being processed and again when the shipment is on its way.

The KP Equestrian website, makes every effort to fill orders completely in the initial shipment. Occassionally, items will not be immediately available and must be back ordered. Back ordered items will be filled within 30 days of your order at no additional shipping charge. If The KP Equestrian website, is unable to fill a back order within 30 days, we will refund you in full for the back ordered item(s).

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition and return it to us within 30 days. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item if you wish or refund you the original price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange unless your item is faulty. Where possible, we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. KP Equestrian cannot be responsible for any posted items until they arrive at our returns address.

Included in the shipment will be details of where to send the return.
